She was back in court yesterday trying to suppress the video of her reaction to them finding Caylee's body.
Does it matter? There is already an account of it and who cares, she hyperventilated , whoop di do Getting fatter and fatter and the eyebrows are seriously cholla'd out

We're getting pretty close to the trial now aren't we? I just saw on Nancy Grace last night some guy saying he now believes she'll get the death
penalty.
All I know is her defense team needs to tell her to start doing jumping jacks in her cell and to lay off the Cheetos!! |

Casey Anthony's murder trial to begin June 2010Court documents filed by Casey Anthony's defense asking the judge to set a date for her fraud trial, indicate that her murder trial is set to begin in June 2010. Casey is charged with the first-degree murder of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee. WDBO reports that the motion filed states, "Miss Anthony respectfully requests a trial date in November 2010," but that a subsequent motion changes the request to Oct. 2010. According to the defense motion, "Setting a trial date at this time would insure that it take place after Miss Anthony's murder trial, currently scheduled to begin in June 2010, and would give the prosecution the definite date it seeks." Judge Stan Strickland has yet to rule on the defense's request regarding the fraud trial, however, the prosecution has asked it take place prior to Casey's trial for murder.
